Sweetwater Spice Companies Lime Jalapeno brine takes it root from the traditional Al Pastor Recipe.  The blend of pineapple and lime juices are combined with an herbal bouquet of Mexican oregano, cilantro, and cumin to provide a truly authentic flavor.  The heat level of this brine is mild, so it can be enjoyed by everyone.  This was designed for flank steak fajitas but works excellent on chicken, shrimp, tilapia, and a rack of lamb.  This formula is All-Natural, Gluten-Free, MSG-Free, Paleo Compliant, and Fat-Free.  Just pour over meat, and add 1 part of water to 1 part brine bath.  We recommend approximately 1/2 cup of briner bath per 1 lb. of meat.  Ingredients include pineapple juice (from water and pineapple concentrate), kosher salt, apple juice concentrate, lime juice concentrate, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, Mexican oregano, cumin, jalapeno peppers, red peppers, epazote, celery seed, and coriander seed.
