When Should I report Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Merchandise?

Due to carrier policies, we require all damage or loss claims be reported within 7 calendar days from receiving the package. Any Loss Claims will need to be reported within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. If you contact us within the appropriate time, we can launch an investigation with the shipping carrier and trace the package. If you contact us outside of the 7 calendar days, the resolution time has expired and any further resolution would need to be met directly with the courier.

Can I send Back Open or Used Merchandise within 30 Days?

As our return policy states, we do not accept open or used products for return. Products that are returned must be new, and show no signs of use or installation with all parts and pieces that were included with the order. You can find more information on our Return & Exchange Policy Section. What happens if my product(s) is defective outside of the 30 days? Outside of the 30 Day time period, you would need to contact the manufacturer directly. Each manufacture may have a different warranty for their products, and each one can be different. You can find information about their warranty information from the manufacturers website, or reach out to us directly. Please note that most manufactures do not cover blown or fried Speakers, Subwoofers, Amplifiers or other electronics because these are not manufacturers defects.

What Happens If I Return a Non-defective Product?

If reported and returned back as a defective product, Pricedrightsales will test all products. If any merchandise is tested to be non-defective during our testing, a less than full refund will be applied based on the condition of the product up to 50% since the product is not being returned in Used Condition and cannot be resold as New. We highly recommend that if you are not sure if the product(s) are defective from a manufactures defect, or the installation needs adjustment please contact a local professional to diagnose and test your system prior to a return. Products that were damaged during installation such as blown or fried speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers or other electronics are not manufacturer defects and cannot be covered under any manufactuer warranty. Do I need to keep my products packaging or shipping box? We recommend that you keep all packaging material including the manufactuers box, manual, accessories, and paperwork. We also suggest that you keep the shipping box and packaging materials for at least 30 days in case of a return/exchange/or warranty. If you do not have the shipping box or packaging materials, we highly recommend packaging your products in a new box and using approved packaging materials to safely secure the products for shipping.

What is PROP 65?

Proposition 65 is a California law that applies to companies selling products in California. Proposition 65 requires warnings if a product contains any listed chemical present above very low levels. Proposition 65’s warning standards are among the most stringent in the world. Proposition 65 is not a product safety law, but rather a “right-to-know” law. Businesses are entitled to provide warnings to comply with Proposition 65. There are over 800 chemicals on the Proposition 65 list, which is administered by California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), a part of the California Environmental Protection Agency. The list includes naturally occurring and man-made chemicals. Proposition 65 warnings can be seen for a wide variety of everyday consumer products, including electronic equipment, and warnings can be seen posted throughout California in a variety of establishments such as buildings, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. What is the purpose of the warning on Pricedrightsales packaging and webpages? The warning below is part of our ongoing effort to comply with the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (known as "Proposition 65").
