Meat Church's Bird Bath Brine adds incredible moisture and amazing flavor to all your poultry. Developed from Meat Church's competition award-winning chicken brine recipe, it will make your next poultry cook the best you've ever tasted. This is also a great turkey brine — so plan to say goodbye to the days of dry, flavorless turkey. Meat Church recommends brining in a food-safe container or brine bag for 1 hour per pound. The easiest plan is to arrange to do the brine overnight. Rinse your poultry thoroughly after brining and pat completely dry. This is all you need to do to deliver a moist and juicy turkey. However, feel free to add whole black peppercorns, citrus slices, or any herbs or spice flavors that you want to impart to kick the flavor up to your liking — and ENJOY! Instructions: Chicken: Mix 1 cup of brine with 1/2 gallon of water, chicken stock, chicken broth or your choice of liquid. Turkey: Mix the entire contents of the package with 1 gallon of water or enough to completely submerge your turkey. Optional - You can warm the mixture in a saucepan to help dissolve the contents. Make sure you chill the mixture completely before adding poultry. Ingredients include: Salt, Sugar, Spices & Granulated Garlic. Gluten-free, and no MSG.
